Terms of Service

VeryVert is a sustainable discount platform that connects employees of participating businesses with vetted local stores, restaurants, and services. Access to discounts is determined by your employer's subscription and the radius tier they have purchased.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

• You must be 18 or older to use the Service
• Individual access requires either an invitation from your employer or an active individual subscription
• Business accounts require a valid UK-registered company or organisation
• The Service is currently available in the United Kingdom only

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@veryvert.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the discount system, or engage in fraudulent activity.

Individual users may subscribe directly via the VeryVert mobile app. Subscriptions are processed and managed by RevenueCat through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. The relevant store's purchase terms apply.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Refunds are handled according to Apple or Google's refund policies
• Cancelling a subscription removes access at the end of the current billing period

Business subscriptions are billed via Stripe. By subscribing, the business administrator agrees that:

• Payment is due at the start of each billing period
• Seat counts determine the number of employees who may be invited
• Unused seats are not refunded mid-period
• Downgrading or cancelling takes effect at the next renewal date
• You are authorised to bind your organisation to these Terms

Discounts are applied by presenting your personal QR code at a participating store. QR codes are non-transferable — sharing your code with others is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

Discount availability, percentage, and terms are set by each individual store partner. VeryVert does not guarantee the availability of any specific discount at any specific time.

QR codes contain a time-limited token and expire after a short window. Attempting to replay or manipulate QR tokens is strictly prohibited.

Businesses listed on VeryVert are independently operated. VeryVert vets stores for sustainability credentials before listing but does not guarantee the quality, safety, or accuracy of any product or service offered by a store partner.

Any disputes with a store partner should be resolved directly with that business. VeryVert is not liable for transactions between users and store partners.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Share, sell, or transfer your account or QR code to another person
• Attempt to circumvent discount limits or eligibility checks
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the platform
• Upload false employee data or fraudulently claim seats
• Use the Service to harass, impersonate, or harm others

All content, trademarks, and software on the VeryVert platform are owned by or licensed to VeryVert. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

By uploading content (such as a profile picture), you grant VeryVert a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that content to operate the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VeryVert is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunity
• Indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Service
• Actions or omissions of store partners
• Service interruptions outside our reasonable control

Our total liability to you in any 12-month period shall not exceed the amount you paid to VeryVert during that period (or £50 if you have not paid anything).

You may delete your account at any time by contacting hello@veryvert.com. We may terminate your account if you breach these Terms. Termination does not affect accrued rights or obligations.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
